MsTroy Coleman is an educator, literacy specialist, and the founder of PurposeFul Play Learning Academy. With over 15 years of experience in education and mental health, she has consistently helped over 90% of her students meet and exceed their academic goals. Her work centers on the belief that play builds mental health, structure creates safety, and leadership builds trust. Through her play-based, social-emotional, and evidence-based literacy approach, MsTroy is breaking records and closing literacy gaps—while restoring childhood joy in learning.
