Microschool Founder

Shakia Brown, MPA, Ed.S, is a dedicated educator, leader, and advocate for educational equity. Shakia has spent over a decade shaping the future of education through teaching, administration, community engagement, and policy advocacy. Shakia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a Specialist in Educational Leadership & Policy from The Florida State University, along with a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Ashford University. Her work focuses on empowering students, parents, and communities by fostering inclusive, high-achievement learning environments. A certified educator with the Florida Department of Education and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society, Shakia is committed to ensuring that all students, regardless of background, have access to quality education. Through her consulting, workshops, and advocacy, she continues to champion systemic change, striving to create a future where every learner has the support and opportunities to reach their full potential.
