Hollie Zamora is the founder of Hatch Academy and a dedicated educational leader with over two decades of experience. Since 2001, Hollie has served as a classroom teacher, Literacy Specialist, Instructional Coach, and Administrator. Throughout her career, she witnessed too many capable students fall through the cracks of traditional schooling, inspiring her to create a better alternative. Hollie has built deep expertise in supporting students with specialized learning needs, particularly those with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Autism. She holds advanced certifications in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham and LETRS) and specialized training in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and emotional regulation. Driven by the belief that every child deserves to be seen, understood, and challenged, Hollie founded Hatch Academy to provide a transformative environment where all students can truly thrive.
