Alisha Miller is the founder of Beyond Measure Academy, a learning center and microschool committed to unlocking the potential of every student through personalized and project-based instruction. With over 20 years of experience in education, Alisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and two Master’s degrees in Reading and Educational Leadership. She is a certified and licensed teacher in the state of Florida and has supported students across diverse learning needs, abilities, and cultural backgrounds through classroom teaching, reading intervention, test preparation, and individualized instruction. Alisha’s work is both professional and deeply personal. As the mother of an autistic child, she has firsthand experience navigating educational systems that often overlook neurodivergent learners. This experience shaped her belief that students thrive in environments that are culturally affirming, sensory-aware, and academically rigorous, where they are supported as individuals rather than expected to conform. At Beyond Measure Academy, Alisha blends expertise, compassion, and lived experience to partner with families and create meaningful learning experiences that help students grow with confidence, curiosity, and purpose—beyond measure.
