Our Village of Future Leaders Academy is a community-driven microschool in Florence, South Carolina serving students in K through 6th grade. Founded by Char, who brings over 10 years of childcare experience, the academy was created in response to a growing concern about declining reading skills and overall academic care.

Built on a passion for education and a belief that every child can grow to their full potential, the school combines strong academic focus with a welcoming, supportive environment. As an Inquiry & Project-Based program, students engage in hands-on learning experiences designed to strengthen understanding and build confidence.

At its heart, Our Village of Future Leaders Academy is about more than academics — it’s about building community. Designed with busy families in mind and open to serving those who may not be able to pay tuition, the school strives to create a place where every child and family feels at home.
