Tanya
Mary Rice Boothe is a visionary administrator, educator, and staff developer. Her exemplary leadership skills fostered and facilitated a school culture where students believed in themselves to be agents of change in their lives and in the lives of others. She is an erudite educator who keeps constantly abreast of the latest research in learning, brain development, and school systems, and subsequently employs what she learns in her teaching of students and staff. She is a phenomenal staff developer, who builds a school community through affirming its members and their capacities, while facilitating their use of new tools to further build upon and improve their pedagogical craft and the school community as a whole.
