RJ Collins is the founder of Alectrix Prep, a school dedicated to equipping students with the essential tools to cultivate foundational skills and unlock their full potential academically, emotionally, and socially. Drawing on eight years of experience in education, RJ has held diverse roles, including a dedicated tutor, a teacher at a school specializing in neurodivergent students, and an elementary special education teacher. His multifaceted background reflects a deep understanding of the varying learning styles and needs within the student community. A Los Angeles, CA, native, RJ attended the University of Puget Sound, where he played baseball, before eventually earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
