Melissa Palmer, a Tampa native and mom of three daughters, holds a bachelor’s degree from the USF and a Master’s in Education from Saint Leo University. She has served as a Classroom Teacher, Interventionist, Special Education Coordinator, and Instructional Coach and is passionate about student engagement, personalized learning, and innovative instruction.
