A former GED graduate who went on to earn a doctorate in Educational Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Peterson embodies resilience, vision, and a deep commitment to transforming education. With over two decades of experience as a licensed teacher, instructional leader, corporate trainer, and educational administrator, she has dedicated her career to creating environments where every learner can thrive. Her leadership blends academic expertise with a passion for hands-on, real-world learning that empowers students to grow into confident, capable young leaders. Driven by her belief that education should be an experience—not a series of tests—Dr. Peterson has built a program that values individuality, creativity, and community connection. Under her direction, Peterson Learning Center has earned accreditation through the Middle States Association and recognition from the Better Business Bureau for its ethical and innovative practices. Dr. Peterson continues to expand her educational vision, opening new locations and designing programs that meet the needs of traditional, advanced, and struggling learners alike.

    My kids have needed this. Our public school was just working for us, but I could not afford to leave my job to homeschool! They can not open up fast enough! Once you meet Mrs. Peterson, you will get excited also!
