Gepre Henderson is an educational leader, instructional designer, and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in special education, instructional coaching, and curriculum development. Before launching BOSS Learning Academy, Gepre held leadership roles in education, specializing in training development for educators and leaders. She has extensive experience supporting diverse learners and coaching educators to enhance instruction. She holds a B.S. in Special Education from The Ohio State University and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University. Passionate about authentic learning and student empowerment, Gepre equips students and educators with the tools to thrive in an evolving world.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Boss Learning Academy. My daughter is in 5th grade, and the growth I’ve seen in her since enrolling has been incredible. She’s not only progressing academically, but she genuinely loves learning now—and that means everything to me as a parent.
The instructors are truly exceptional. They are attentive, supportive, and communicate so effectively that I always feel informed and involved. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s success and well-being.
One of my daughter’s absolute favorite parts of the week is STEM Friday—she looks forward to it every single time! Seeing her excited about school and eager to learn has been such a blessing.
