Erica Peterson is the founder of Endless Possibilities, a micro-school dedicated to providing a personalized, supportive learning environment for children who thrive in smaller settings. As a mother and educator in the daycare industry, Erica saw firsthand how individualized attention and flexible learning can help children overcome challenges and succeed. Inspired by her own experiences with a third-grade teacher who took the time to understand each student, she created Endless Possibilities to offer a more nurturing, adaptable alternative to traditional education. Passionate about fostering the whole child, she believes that every student deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace and reach their full potential.
