Barry Sean Riley, MDIV, is the visionary co-founder of InnerQuest Academy, bringing over two decades of experience designing transformative educational programs for youth in dozens of high schools and grammar schools across Chicago. He holds a Master of Divinity from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Howard University. Recognized as an innovative leader in after-school and enrichment programming, youth leadership, and entrepreneurship training,
Barry is known for building models that successfully integrate academics with entrepreneurial, real-world applications. As an author, speaker, social entrepreneur, and curriculum architect, he has pioneered initiatives that fuse leadership development, business creation, and applied learning to prepare young people for the demands of a rapidly changing world. InnerQuest Academy is the culmination of his lifelong belief that education must unite theory and hands-on experience to unlock students’ purpose, confidence, and power.
Kenya McGuire Riley, PT, MA, CHC, is an Assistant Professor in the College of Health Sciences at Rush University in Chicago, IL. She also serves as the Director for Student Development, Culture & Wellbeing for Rush’s Undergraduate Studies programs. Kenya received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Howard University and her master’s degree in counseling/student development in higher education from Trinity University in Washington, D.C.
Kenya is also the owner of Finding Your Voice Health & Wellness and a certified reiki practitioner. When she is not teaching, she coaches diverse women across generations using holistic and integrative health practices such as meditation, astrology, intuitive inquiry, and mindset. She also hosts local and international wellness retreats for women.
