Jules Hampton is the founder of ELLA Learning Studio, a hybrid microschool and high-performance learning organization created to help students thrive beyond the limits of traditional education. With over a decade of experience in education spanning public, charter, private, and early college settings, Jules has served as a mathematics educator, instructional leader, and learning strategist focused on helping students build confidence, mastery, and long-term academic independence. His work has centered on creating systems that move students from simply completing assignments to becoming empowered, self-directed learners.
Currently pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership, Jules combines research, instructional design, and innovative learning practices to reimagine what academic support can look like for students and families. Through ELLA Learning Studio, he is building a personalized, relationship-driven environment where students are challenged academically, supported holistically, and equipped with the skills needed to think critically, solve problems, and succeed with confidence.

My son was fortunate to have had Mr. Hampton as a teacher and personal tutor. His enthusiasm for mathematics extends to his students. Mr. Hampton has significantly influenced my son’s perspective on math. We wish we could have him as a teacher throughout my son’s education.

Mr. Hampton is a phenomenal math instructor. He is passionate about students having the tools they need to be successful and enhancing the skills that are lacking. Our daughter was in his freshman class and did extremely well that year. He has been her tutor this year. She is doing exceptionally well in her early college math class. Most importantly he cares about the education all of our children receives. To be that type of person you must be passionate about what you do and he is.
