Empowerment Leadership Academy is a microschool designed for middle and high school students who are bright, capable, and full of potential—but may struggle with focus, consistency, or traditional classroom environments. We specialize in supporting “gifted but inconsistent” learners, including students with executive functioning challenges such as ADHD, by providing a structured, engaging environment where students receive personalized support and clear expectations.

At ELA, students don’t just learn academics—they develop as leaders. Our program integrates rigorous instruction with intentional leadership training, character development, and real-world life skills. Students build confidence, accountability, communication skills, and self-discipline through daily practice and guided support. With a strong emphasis on critical thinking, responsibility, and personal growth, we partner with families to create a transformative learning experience that prepares students not only for academic success, but for leadership in college, career, and life.
