Microschool Founder

Jennifer Keese serves as Clinical Director for Concept Connections and Executive Director for Wind Rose Academy. Jenny brings over 20 years of experience as a BCBA, special educator, and certified Autism Interventionist. Her work spans hospitals, schools, homes, group homes, and center-based settings.
A mother of three—two on the autism spectrum—Jenny draws on both professional expertise and personal insight in her work. She champions meaningful, engaging, and equitable treatment for students of all ages.
Jenny earned numerous awards for academic and professional achievement, including recognition as a Mom Approved BCBA by DFW Magazine and a 2024 Difference Maker by Dominique Cares Non Profit.
