Bridges Microschool

Bridges Hybrid Microschool is a small, relationship-centered learning community serving students in grades K–6. We combine strong academics with individualized instruction, hands-on learning, and a supportive environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to grow.

With small class sizes and a multi-age setting, students receive personalized support while developing confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Our program emphasizes literacy, math, project-based learning, creativity, movement, and real-world experiences, helping children build both academic skills and lifelong success habits.

Amy Zache is the founder of Bridges Learning Lab and Bridges Microschool in Granger, Indiana. With nearly 20 years of experience in education, Amy has served as a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, and literacy specialist, working with students across grades K–6. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for helping children build confidence, overcome learning challenges, and discover the joy of learning through individualized instruction and meaningful relationships. Amy founded Bridges Learning Lab after recognizing that many students needed personalized support beyond what was possible in a traditional classroom setting. As the needs of families continued to grow, her vision expanded into Bridges Microschool—a small, relationship-centered learning community designed to provide strong academics, individualized instruction, and a nurturing environment where every child feels known, valued, and capable of success. Amy's mission is to create a place where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while developing a lifelong love of learning.
