In roles as a school district executive director, administrator, literacy coach, and classroom teacher, Kendra has led the design and implementation of impactful literacy programs, developed professional learning frameworks, and fostered collaborative K-12 teams focused on student achievement. Her strategic vision, strong communication skills, and dedication to equity in education have driven meaningful outcomes for both educators and learners. As a mother of three and a passionate advocate for community-centered education, she remains committed to creating dynamic, inclusive learning environments that support long-term academic success.
