Founded by a certified music teacher and a professional fitness, health & wellness coach, our school brings together personalized academics, artistic expression, and physical well-being in one nurturing community.

Microschool Founders

Mrs. Lambe-Estevez
Lead Educator & Music Teacher
Certified through the Florida Department of Education as a K-6 Elementary Education and K–12 Music Teacher, Mrs. Lambe-Estevez brings 13 years of classroom experience and 26 years of working with children to Harmony and Health Microschool. A professional singer and flutist specializing in Elementary Music Education and Choir Conducting, she guides students in exploring their musical voices through singing, recorder, xylophone, drums, and more. Beyond music, she oversees each student’s individualized academic curriculum, bringing the same passion for personalized education to every subject she teaches.

Mr. Estevez
Health & Wellness Educator
Trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and nutrition coaching, Mr. Estevez has spent 9 years as a full-time fitness, health and wellness professional, with over 24 years dedicated to the study of strength, nutrition, and longevity. He brings that real-world expertise into the classroom, teaching students age-appropriate fitness, healthy eating habits, and wellness practices they will carry with them for life.
