Marvelous Treasures Academy – Our Story & Mission

At Marvelous Treasures Academy, our foundation is built on a simple but powerful truth: every child is capable, valuable, and full of potential.

With over 30 years in education, including extensive experience in special education, and more than 15 years as a therapist, our founder has worked closely with students who are bright and capable, yet often struggle in traditional learning environments.

We believe those labels are wrong.

When a child struggles to focus, stay organized, manage emotions, or connect socially, it is not a character flaw—it is a sign they need the right support and environment to thrive.

That belief is the heart behind Marvelous Treasures Academy.

As a microschool designed for students with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, we provide a structured, nurturing environment where students are seen, supported, and valued. We focus on the whole child—combining academics with explicit instruction in executive functioning skills like organization, time management, planning, and self-regulation, while also fostering social and emotional growth.

Our goal is not just academic success, but helping students build confidence, develop life skills, and believe in themselves.

Because when a child begins to think, “I can do this,” everything changes.

At Marvelous Treasures Academy, we help students rediscover who they are—beyond labels and struggles—and remind them of what has always been true:
