As the Founder of Mosaic Academy, Lori Cole brings over 26 years of experience in education. Her career spans both general and special education classrooms, where she has worked closely with students with a wide range of learning profiles and needs. These experiences shaped a deep belief that children learn best in environments designed intentionally around who they are—not around a one-size-fits-all model. Through her work, she has seen firsthand how recognizing individual strengths, honoring differences, and providing the right supports can transform a student’s confidence and success. Mosaic Academy was created from this vision: a learning community where every student is known, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mosaic Academy! Choosing Mosaic for our daughter has been one of the best decisions we could have made for her. She is absolutely thriving, and most importantly, she genuinely loves going to school!

    The small class sizes make such an incredible difference. The teachers truly know their students—not just academically, but as individuals. They are attentive, encouraging, and invested in helping each child grow in the way that works best for them.

    One of the things I appreciate most about Mosaic is that education isn’t treated as one-size-fits-all. Students are given opportunities to pursue their personal interests and passions while still being challenged and supported academically. There is room for creativity, individuality, curiosity, and growth.

    As a parent, there is nothing better than watching your child become excited about learning and gaining confidence in who she is. Mosaic Academy has created an environment where our daughter feels seen, supported, safe, and excited to learn. She comes home happy, talks about her day, and looks forward to going back—and that speaks volumes to us.

    If you are looking for something different from a traditional school setting and want a place where your child can receive individualized attention, meaningful learning experiences, and the freedom to grow both academically and personally, I wholeheartedly recommend Mosaic Academy.
