The Legacy & Leadership Collective

The Legacy & Leadership Collective is a fully online private microschool where families gather inside a centralized Learning Hub designed for personalized, purpose-driven education. Parents play an active role in selecting the curriculum and resources that are pulled into the Hub, ensuring each child’s learning path reflects both their unique design and the values of their home. Every lesson is shaped around a central question: Who is this child becoming? Education here is not just about completing assignments—it is about forming character, confidence, and capability.

Each child at The Legacy & Leadership Collective follows a personalized learning path designed around their strengths, pace, and style of learning. Some families prefer book-based and hands-on methods with minimal technology, while others embrace digital tools and AI—both approaches are respected and thoughtfully supported within our collective.

Each year, students participate in an age-appropriate virtual World Tour, exploring cultures, history, careers, and global perspectives to broaden understanding and vision. While learning happens online, community is deeply valued. Families connect regularly within the Hub and gather as a nationwide collective at least once each year, strengthening relationships and building a legacy of encouragement, growth, and lifelong connection.

The founder of Legacy & Leadership Collective is a mother of five who lives the realities of education every day—currently parenting one child in public school, three homeschooling, and one in Pre-K. Her journey into leadership began long before this school. As a certified Birth Educator and Doula through Birth Boot Camp, she supported families during some of life’s most transformative seasons. That calling later grew into the creation of a nonprofit, Parenthood Support, serving parents navigating the early newborn years. Strengthening families has always been at the center of her work. A multi-entrepreneur with a heart for generational impact, she understands that life unfolds in seasons and that growth is a process. Her greatest desire is to help children recognize who they are becoming—equipping them to see learning not as a checklist, but as a lifelong journey. Through Legacy & Leadership Collective, she seeks to build a community where families are supported, children are formed with intention, and education becomes a foundation for character, confidence, and purpose.
