I’ve had the privilege of knowing Adina for many years, and our children grew up together. Between the two of us, we raised seven children, and I’ve had a front-row seat to the kind of mother, teacher, and leader she is.

What has always stood out to me is that Adina’s parenting wasn’t based on being strict or controlling—it was based on respect, consistency, and truly knowing each child as an individual. Her four children grew into kind, respectful, capable young adults who are confident, compassionate, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. That doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects years of intentional parenting and living the values she teaches.

Our children spent countless hours together over the years, and I always admired the calm, welcoming environment she created. Her home was one where children were encouraged to explore, solve problems, help one another, and develop independence while still feeling loved and supported.

Watching Adina work with children has always felt like a natural extension of who she is. She has an incredible ability to meet children where they are, encourage their curiosity, and help them grow in confidence without pressure. She knows when to guide, when to step back, and how to create an environment where children genuinely enjoy learning.

If you’re considering Tiny Oaks Montessori, know that the school’s philosophy isn’t just something written on a website—it’s how Adina has lived her life as a parent, educator, and friend. She has dedicated decades to understanding child development and helping children become capable, thoughtful, and kind human beings.

As a parent myself, I can say without hesitation that I would trust her with my own children. Any family who joins Tiny Oaks will be joining a community led by someone who genuinely cares about children and understands what it means to help them thrive.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working alongside Adina professionally for many years, and I can honestly say she brings integrity, dedication, and genuine passion to everything she does. Whether leading educational programs, mentoring others, or building Tiny Oaks Montessori, she approaches every detail with care and purpose.

What I admire most is that Adina never stops learning. Even after decades in education, she continues to study child development and Montessori philosophy because she is committed to providing the very best experience for children and families.

As a business owner, Adina is thoughtful, organized, and dependable. She communicates openly, follows through on her commitments, and always puts people before profits. Tiny Oaks Montessori is not just another school—it is the result of years of experience, careful planning, and a deep commitment to creating a nurturing learning community.

I have complete confidence in Adina’s leadership and would not hesitate to recommend Tiny Oaks Montessori to any family looking for a place where children will be respected, encouraged, and truly known.
