Welcome to KaiPod in the Arrowhead Ranch area of Glendale.
KaiPod opened our Glendale location in August 2022 and is led by our Learning Coaches Tammy and Rachel. Our Glendale pod is an amazing community of imaginative and kind children who share similar interests and hobbies, such as art and sports. Our coaches provide personalized support and creative enrichments and foster an “always positive” start to every day. This creates an ideal learning environment where children form lasting friendships, encourage each other, and have fun while learning.

Schedule a time to visit the KaiPod Learning Center. During this 30-minute tour, you’ll be able to meet our KaiPod Learning Coaches, see our program in action, and ask as many questions as you’d like! You’re welcome to bring your entire family to the tour.Complimentary Demo Day

Meet KaiPod Coach Tammy
An Arizona Native, Tammy joined KaiPod in 2023. Before joining KaiPod, she graduated from ASU with honors in Elementary Education. From 2003-2006, Tammy taught 5th grades at a public school. After staying at home to spend time with family, Tammy returned to teaching at an accelerated charter school in 2017. There, she taught grades 2nd-4th.
Tammy’s approach to teaching is to use multiple methods, and styles. She has always believed that students learn best when they use a variety of logical, physical, visual, and audible learning styles. At KaiPod, Tammy looks forward to using STEAM focused enrichment lessons because it requires students to actively participate in hands-on projects while using many learning styles. In return she believes this enhances their experience and grows relationships. She can not wait to help her students become successful in their endeavors.
When Tammy isn’t at KaiPod she loves spending time with her husband, Ian and their 3 children; Faith, Connor and Luke. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, photography, and traveling. Tammy is always looking to capture new ways, and different ideas to bring learning into the classroom.
Meet KaiPod Coach Rachel
Rachel joined KaiPod Learning in 2023 and comes to us from Columbus, Ohio. For over 3 years, Rachel has been an English teacher at Columbus City Schools and Dayton Public Schools. Having taught all grade levels 7-12, Rachel knows the importance of differentiating learning experiences for a diverse population of students.
Prior to starting her journey in secondary education, Rachel spent 3 years as a resident assistant at Miami University, her alma mater. In this role, she promoted academic achievement and fostered social relationships between fellow students.
As a big believer in individualized education, Rachel supports collaborating with families to create personalized plans that promote student success and growth. At KaiPod, Rachel is most looking forward to connecting with students, working with her team to build a kind and joyful environment, and sharing the accomplishments of her students with families and the community.
When Rachel isn’t keeping busy in the classroom, you can find her on the tennis court, enjoying an early morning hike, curled up with a good book, and playing with her dog, Morrison.

Open Door Policy
At KaiPod Learning, we recognize that all students are unique and learn in different ways. Thus, we are committed to giving students the flexibility they need to maximize their learning experience. For this reason, KaiPod Learning operates on an “open door” basis. Each student may come as frequently or infrequently as they wish based on their enrolled plan. Students may come for a whole day, a partial day, or for various brief intervals throughout the course of a single day. It’s your choice. We are here to offer support when and if your student needs it.Standard Enrollment Days
The standard enrollment days for our part-time enrollment plans are listed below. We are able to accommodate alternate days based on availability!2 Day Plan: Tuesday and Thursday
3 Day Plan: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
4 Day Plan: Monday through Thursday
One Semester Commitment
All KaiPod Learning enrollment plans are based on the local 36-week calendar and require a one-semester (five-month) commitment. If enrolling mid-year, there is a five-month commitment. After the one-semester or five-month commitment, enrollments may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.One Month Happiness Guarantee
We want to ensure that we’re a good fit for your family! KaiPod Learning offers a one-month happiness guarantee. Families who provide written notice of program termination within thirty (30) days of initial enrollment and/or start date are waived from their one-semester commitment.Monthly Payment Plans
Monthly payments are calculated by dividing the annual pricing rate by the number of monthly payments. If a student joins KaiPod Learning mid-year, the first monthly payment is prorated based on the start date. Due to KaiPod Learning’s Open Door Policy, fees are due regardless of student attendance. As such, no credits or refunds are provided for sick days, vacation days, calendar holidays, calendar professional development days, half-days, or other missed days.ESA

The 10 payments plan divides the annual tuition into 10 equal installments. These installments are due on the 1st of the month from August through May.2 PAYMENTS PLAN (5% Discount)
The two payments plan divides the annual tuition (minus a 5% discount) into 2 equal installments due on August 1st and January 1st. Please note that no refunds of paid tuition are provided if a family withdraws from KaiPod Learning prior to the end of the semester.
1 PAYMENT PLAN (10% Discount)
The one payment plan requires payment of the annual tuition (minus a 10% discount) in one payment on August 1st. Please note that no refunds of paid tuition are provided if a family withdraws from KaiPod Learning prior to the end of the academic year.
