KaiPod opened our Scottsdale location in August 2022. Our KaiPod Coaches Stacy and Paige are proud to serve their families with quality academic support and engaging enrichment opportunities. With a balance of educational coaching and student collaboration, our pod in Scottsdale fosters student growth and a strong sense of community.

Meet Learning Coach Stacy
Stacy DiSalvo, a Chicago native, earned her BA at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Master’s in Secondary Education at Grand Canyon University. Since residing in Arizona, Stacy has been in the Education field for over 15 years and has also been a successful business owner.
She has taught English Language Arts, Applied Arts, College and Career Prep Courses, ELA Enrichment, and Advanced Placement, and Language Acquisition. In addition to coursework, Stacy has developed and participated in numerous extracurricular activities, field trips, and events.
Stacy’s range of skills and experience have helped her develop a strong pedagogy and system of best practices that is unique and individual for each student. She knows that every student can learn and will learn if provided with an environment that fits their needs. Stacy is thrilled to join the KaiPod team and put her skills to work! Stacy enjoys spending free time with her son, Anthony, and pup Sparky. They love to travel, go hiking, and attend cultural events.
Meet Learning Coach Paige
Paige has spent the last 10 years teaching a variety of grade levels with a focus on Mathematics. Paige is from Dallas, TX and received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Texas State University. She has taught grade levels ranging from Kindergarten to 8th grade and has a passion for working with all-level learners! Paige strives to create a community of learners that nurtures their growth in a positive, fun environment.

Open Door Policy
At KaiPod Learning, we recognize that all students are unique and learn in different ways. Thus, we are committed to giving students the flexibility they need to maximize their learning experience. For this reason, KaiPod Learning operates on an “open door” basis. Each student may come as frequently or infrequently as they wish based on their enrolled plan. Students may come for a whole day, a partial day, or for various brief intervals throughout the course of a single day. It’s your choice. We are here to offer support when and if your student needs it.Standard Enrollment Days
The standard enrollment days for our part-time enrollment plans are listed below. We are able to accommodate alternate days based on availability!
2 Day Plan: Tuesday and Thursday
3 Day Plan: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
4 Day Plan: Monday through Thursday
One Semester Commitment
All KaiPod Learning enrollment plans are based on the local 36-week calendar and require a one-semester (five-month) commitment. If enrolling mid-year, there is a five-month commitment. After the one-semester or five-month commitment, enrollments may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.One Month Happiness Guarantee
We want to ensure that we’re a good fit for your family! KaiPod Learning offers a one-month happiness guarantee. Families who provide written notice of program termination within thirty (30) days of initial enrollment and/or start date are waived from their one-semester commitment.Monthly Payment Plans
Monthly payments are calculated by dividing the annual pricing rate by the number of monthly payments. If a student joins KaiPod Learning mid-year, the first monthly payment is prorated based on the start date. Due to KaiPod Learning’s Open Door Policy, fees are due regardless of student attendance. As such, no credits or refunds are provided for sick days, vacation days, calendar holidays, calendar professional development days, half-days, or other missed days.ESA

The 10 payments plan divides the annual tuition into 10 equal installments. These installments are due on the 1st of the month from August through May.2 PAYMENTS PLAN (5% Discount)
The two payments plan divides the annual tuition (minus a 5% discount) into 2 equal installments due on August 1st and January 1st. Please note that no refunds of paid tuition are provided if a family withdraws from KaiPod Learning prior to the end of the semester.
1 PAYMENT PLAN (10% Discount)
The one payment plan requires payment of the annual tuition (minus a 10% discount) in one payment on August 1st. Please note that no refunds of paid tuition are provided if a family withdraws from KaiPod Learning prior to the end of the academic year.
ESA
