How It Works

  • Keep Your Curriculum

    KaiPod Learning is specifically designed for students in 3rd-12th grades to work on their self-paced curriculum of choice. We work with you to understand your homeschooling plan and where you might need extra support. Most parents already have a curriculum they like and just want to supplement it in a few areas. Others may want help picking a curriculum.

  • Flexible Schedules

    There is a lot of flexibility built into our model – you can choose a part-time or full-time enrollment plan (2 Day - 5 Day). With our flexible attendance policies, you can choose when your child comes to KaiPod and what they work on when they’re with us. You’re always in control of your child’s schedule and learning plan.

  • Academic Support

    With a maximum of 12 learners per pod, our KaiPod Learning Coaches provide individualized support. They help your child set goals for the day and offer timely support, whether it’s help on a challenging math concept or just staying on task.

  • Comprehensive Programming

    A typical day is a mix of academic ‘blocks’ where each student works at their own pace and collaborative ‘blocks’ where students work on projects together, play games, head outdoors, or take part in other social activities. Learn more about the magic of KaiPod here!

  • Open Communication

    You have a direct line to your child’s Learning Coach for regular updates, even photos of their progress. Anytime you’d like to adjust your child’s education plan, your Learning Coach is ready to assist.

  • A KaiPod is a group of students who meet in-person at a KaiPod Learning Center to learn together, collaborate, and socialize with the support of a dedicated KaiPod Learning Coach.

    KaiPod Learning is designed for students in 3rd-12th grade. To ensure a small group learning environment, we limit each learning pod to a maximum of 12 students each day. Each pod is supported by an experienced KaiPod Learning Coach — a 12:1 ratio!

    While at the KaiPod Learning Center, students work on their curriculum of choice with the support of their KaiPod Learning Coach, participate in tailored enrichment activities, and socialize with their peers. Because our program is so individualized, every day at KaiPod is different.

  • KaiPod Learning Coaches are former classroom teachers or tutors with expertise working with small groups and a passion for individualized learning. We review hundreds of applications to hire only the most inspiring and supportive coaches.

    KaiPod Learning Coaches also teach executive functioning skills, such as time management, goal setting, and note-taking. They always integrate student passions into their enrichment activities.

    Every KaiPod Learning Coach undergoes a comprehensive background check, CPR/First Aid certification, and KaiPod Learning’s own rigorous training and professional development.

  • KaiPod Learning is designed for students in 3rd-12th grade. Most of our locations have separate groups for younger and older students.

  • KaiPod Learning is designed to adapt to your family’s needs, not the other way around. You can choose a part-time or full-time enrollment plan. We offer 2 Day - 5 Day options. Plus, you can also choose your daily start and end times!

    Most of our students attend all day from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, while others choose to arrive later or leave earlier to accommodate their family schedule.

  • You choose the curriculum that works best for your child! Our program is compatible with just about every self-paced online or homeschool curriculum.

    We also offer complimentary access to Zearn, Lexia, CommonLit, and Khan Academy if you want to add them to your child’s learning program.

  • We offer flexible plans and pricing varies by location. Please view your local KaiPod Learning Center’s page to see pricing in your area.

    Scholarships are available based on financial need. Depending on your state, you may be able to use your Education Savings Account (ESA) towards KaiPod Learning fees.
